Immaculate homes are a hallmark of Brookwood real estate. The secluded and heavily-foliaged spaces wrapping around the homes are a delightful touch in this well-maintained neighborhood. Brookwood was established in the 1960s, with many homes undergoing numerous renovations since then. Nonetheless, the community has still managed to hold onto its 1960s charm.

Average home sizes in the community are 3,000 sq. ft., featuring 4 bedrooms and 2-3 baths. The  spacious floorplans comfortably accommodate large families. Brookwood homes that have gone through renovation feature modern updates such as granite counter tops, tile and hardwood flooring, and updated bathrooms. Many of the homes sit on spacious half-acre lots, giving families ample space to have fun in. Thanks to ample lots, many of Brookwood’s homes are set back from the street, providing added privacy.
